Capture & edit with the Android app

To get started, download the Android screen recorder app from the Google Play Store. Our screen recorder app is intuitive to use. It gives you the ability to record your mobile screen within minutes.

Please note: You’ll need to allow ScreenPal access to your photos, media, and files. We need access to create a ScreenPal folder to save your videos in your camera roll.

You can enable or disable what gets captured in your app by heading to your Settings.  

To create a recording, tap the Record button.

It’s easy editing with the Android video editing app. To edit, open the ScreenPal app from your mobile device. A list of videos will display. You can choose to import a video or choose a mobile screen recording from the list of videos.

Choose a video or recording, then tap ‘Edit.’ A list of intuitive editing tools will display at the bottom of your video.

You can tap any of these editing tools to enhance your video.

Our Android video editing tools are easy to use. Here’s a list of the featured tools you can use on any mobile video.

• Trim – You can trim and cut sections of your mobile video.
• Filter – Change the feel of your video with filters.
• Music – Add engaging music from the Stock Music Library or import your own.
• Text – Customize text with your own colors or font.
• Overlay – As a Deluxe, Premier or Max user, you have access to add stickers, interaction icons, callouts, frames, shapes, and more! You can also blur areas of your screen. With the Stock Library, add images from our growing collection of content.
• Narrate – Add your own voiceover narration.
• Speed – Control the speed of your video. Slow down or speed it up with this tool.
• Crop – You can crop your video to fit the size dimensions of popular social sites including Instagram, YouTube, and more.
• Rotate – If your video is upside down, you can use rotate to change its orientation.
